Fact is that the muscular women you see in threads are fabrications, and are rarely that ideal. For a lot of superheroes they don’t have to be peak human to look convincing, and with a lack of skin being exposed, there’s really no real reason to be that fit when you’re magically powered.

most humans are plebs and don't want to see muscular women according to the focus tests. This is why Daisy Ridley lifted like mad and still had to hide her guns under those arm bandages, same with that Ant Man woman love interest, she also had to hide even that little bit of fit.
Another thing is that woman bodies gain muscles slower and less visible than males. Women have naturally more fat because something something bearing children, so I guess they are focusing on staying thin not fit with their diets and excerciseses.

instagram girls are meant to be seen and not casted in major roles in movies. The fact is that there aren’t enough dedicated female action stars because there aren’t enough popular female action movies and so they have no need to maintain the intense regiment required to play a superhero role. Many male actors can probably do something with that physique somewhere, but there’s not much for women.
