it's not nearly that OP, and even though there are very powerful jedi (probably ones who could rival kakashi) Obi-Wan isn't that powerful compared to them. kakashi just has a much larger and more powerful toolset.

Either Kakashi kills obi wan stealthy or use cheat to cast jutsus nonstop or else he will get cut in pieces (or not, maybe there will be a happy ending) since Jedis can't simply suffer mind tricks, with obi as a prime example

Jedi limit themselves by a moral code, which doesn't exist in Death Battle. Even just telekinesis is enough to be deadly in SW, Obi-Wan has already gone on record to say that if he wasn't such a nice guy, he could easily just squish someone's brain inside their skull or blow up their heart with the Force.

Because taking a composite charecter just muddles the argument and the point. It will lead to fags demanding one or all parties be allowed to use random powerups, equipment or other shit.
Having one popular version vs another popular version of similar powerlevel is faar more intresting and better

kakashi still has a bigger toolset, considering he has reputedly copied over one thousand jutsu
blades infused with lightning style chakra act almost exactly like lightsabers. if kakashi puts wind chakra into a blade he can extend the lethal range as well.

Jedi and Sith rarely ever use those lethal abilities on each other because the other side is usually wary of it and will try to counter with their own mastery of the Force unless they get over-powered by someone with a stronger connection. Against targets who can't use the Force, it happens all the time, Darth's favorite past-time is breaking non-Force sensitives necks with telekinesis.

Yes, but he needs line of sight. Obi-Wan doesn't, not to mention that Kamui is tied to the Sharigan eye which is another spot where Kenobi can just squish it and cut Kakashi off from it entirely.
