Tom ffs can you remember your own plot? Annie is not the Court medium, and she was appointed as Forest medium by Coyote. The Court doesn't get to decide whether the Forest medium can have interactions with the Forest.
I can understand the Court wanting to intervene (it's been at war with the Forest for months now) but this reasoning makes no sense.

Didn't the court already basically disown Annie in terms of being a medium and she was now the Forest's contact with the court? Won't this just be Fats handing it back over to Annie to give to Loup?
