It's baffling how people in the industry want to insult critics of their work. If their criticism doesn't upset you, just ignore it; you seem low-class for reacting like an angry kid. And if it does upset you, be the bigger man and ignore them, you obviously aren't going to change anyone's mind. It's very petty and awkward.
