It will obviously be led by Ross and be semi govt funded/like SHIELD, so essentially black ops shit/possibly (most likely) toppling govts and registering rogue heroes.

I really want a good hulk solo film. Especially now that we have smart hulk. That one president hulk thread from months back is pretty much what I'd want. Hulk has been denied of the spotlight for too long and it annoys me. I honestly wonder why Universal hasn't pulled out of the MCU by now. It all makes me wonder how a hulk/namor solo universe would be.

If you ask me, things were better before Disney had everything. The movies were more interesting, and watching these Hollywood hacks work within these legal limits was part of the entertainment.
No, I was implying they'd bring aboard Sony's Eddie Brock to the team. As for everyone else, they own them outright. There's already talks of Daredevil coming back, Disney already owns Punisher and Electra. C'mon man the mental math there isn't that hard.
