Thread question: Has your protagonist ever fallen in love? Alt question: Describe what happened in the last update of your story. Better be interesting.
>Tell me what to draw edition. Draw one or more of your characters in a vehicle or form of transportation. And if people don't like that there was still that idea of doing outfit swaps between characters of your own comic.

I finally finished chapter 1 of my webcomic, but I don't know how to make a site with an archive system like I've seen with other webcomics, and the OP doesn't seem to help.
>Has your protagonist ever fallen in love? I never thought of *when* that happened, but yes. >Describe what happened in the last update of your story. An otter and a cat lynx argue only to get interrupted by a mouse. I was looking for an illustrator many years ago but the longer I draw the less likely it seems the ideal exists.
I noticed that there are horses and carriages in your comic, so that also counts as mode of transportation. Not sure if it can be anything exciting though.

>Thread question: Has your protagonist ever fallen in love? I dunno, Rosaura's pretty sly and enigmatic when it comes to expressing emotions. Even if she did she'd rather have a practical approach to the relationship. >Alt question: Describe what happened in the last update of your story. Better be interesting. I'll try spoiler free: someone woke up from coma and the other characters are cooking a dinner at a fireplace to lift everyone's mood up. I wonder what they should prepare there. Maybe curry? It's a classic after all.

Oh sorry, I didn't answer the thread question. Chloe falls in love really easily. She crushes really often on her classmates and even with people she sees on the internet or on TV, but it's always mainly for their cute look and charming ways. She really easily forgets about these crushes, too.

>Oh sorry, I didn't answer the thread question. Still better than me. I've read the question between words and almost posted the answer about myself, lol.

I attempted to lay out a couple of pages on Friday night. It's ... not good. I know, I know. Loomis. Basics. NGMI.
I can't write I wanted to have 4 characters, but bring one of them only later, but I'm realizing I have a bit of a dynamic with 2 of them but not the third at all so I feel like bringing her later as well even though I haven't actually written anything I feel like I'm "getting" some characters but not others, so they feel like they're gonna be hard to write I have all these specific ideas about their fucking nose shape but I can't fucking write for shit

Wait, I thought Chloe was the feminist, easily offended one, am I missing something?

I though the same but then the roles reversed. When I was a kid I used to change opinions all the time, so I guess it's fine.

Pretty sure that chloe is supposed to just be the asshole one. Also she's lesbian so she was trying to convince hadley that she's lesbian too. I'm not sure though

Characters are defined by their flaws. You should sit down and write profiles for all these characters and get nitty gritty with their flaws and personalities. This is not backstories mind you. This is "food they like" "pet peeves" "skin conditions" "music tastes". Focus on each one individually, not in relation to each other. dont worry about that yet. If you write characters purely in relation to other characters, then they arent characters but tools. Make each one a defined well rounded character in their own right. Then logic through their mentality to figure out the decisions they would make to a given hypothetical. When each one is defined enough, start mixing and matching them and logic through their actions. >This character is pessimistic, this character is optimistic. If X then Y.
If the characters are defined enough you can 'ask' them what they would do or how they would react, and they will pretty much write your story for you. Characterization is the end all be all of writing. Narrative themes will develop on their own once you figure out characterization.
