Pucca (TV Series) was animated by Studio B in canada, one of the best Flash animators around. They changed later their name to DHX Media, responsible for Megaman, Kid Vs Kat AND the Horse show.

They don't have that 'eastern cringiness' that chinese and japs have, can speak english the best out of the three, their animation industry isn't bloated with the same exact fetish based moesluts, as the 20billion before it, only slightly recolored; that's why we have stuff like Pucca. They also remained small enough that a Winnie the Pooh-led dictatorship is not necessary to control the populace, at least in SKorea.

Possibly. All I remember is that it involved Garu and one or two of the other male characters being super into really fat women, Pucca and some of the other female characters found out, and started gaining weight to attract them. It worked.
