Autism?
Hope we see his book ghost again
Della hopes Donald will step in and defend his nephew but he’s not about to do anything to jeopardize getting laid
No matter how they are written here, THIS is always what the Cabs will be and how the DT fandom is going to see them as
>Louie
>Dewey
>Donald
>Panchito
>Jose
Who are the rest of the eleven?
Huey
Webby
Launchpad
Scrooge
Mrs. Beakley
Della
Webby. Possibly Scrooge and Della, too. No clue about the other ones, though.
There might not actually be 11 and it's just an Ocean's Eleven reference
Then again Ocean's Eleven actually had 11 people recruited so
>Then again Ocean's Eleven actually had 11 people recruited so
That's the whole point of the movie's name. If there were less members then just call it "Louie's Seven" or something like that.
This tricked me for a minute
We can swap Mrs. B and Della for Manny and Goldie if they aren't onboard with the plan
Ok but who though
>Will the Cabs be written well?
I think there will be small measure of improvement when it comes to the Cabs because now they're united in a goal of getting a chance to play for a real group of people at a ritzy place. What I think is going to drag them and by extension the episode down is how many people are going to be involved. Factoring out them, there's still 8 other people jockeying for screentime and Daisy and the party host. It's crowded when the situation should have been ideally, the Cabs and Daisy. Ideally Daisy and Donald should have gotten their own episode and a second episode could have had the amigos trying to get into a party. They're really trying to push the Caballeros and Daisy while also going with Louie's plan. There's not enough time to pull both off imo while doing them justice.
>Will this adaption of Daisy be good?
I liked Lot3C Daisy. She was good for Donald in being his spitfire ex-girlfriend and provided welcome breaks in all the adventure. While not a global threat Daisy provided the personal conflict for Donald and a secondary goal that's resolved by the show's end. I think for Ducktales Daisy feels much more tacked on. Donald wasn't exactly pining for a partner and hasn't missed his college band mates either. The fanny pack in this season's episode was the only reminder of Donald's reunion with them and not even the moonvasion caused him any worry for his pals and they weren't deemed allies enough to Della's to hide with the kids. The clip of Daisy and Donald show some potential with Daisy getting pulled into Donald's clumsiness, but really it feels like Donald's love life was a non-issue that only cropped up because they wanted to tack on Daisy Duck at least once.
Goddamn Yas Forums hates Daisy with a fucking passion. This will be hilarious.
i like her
This is going to be fun because
>Yas Forums hates Daisy
>Yas Forums is autistic in how the Cabs are treated
When is it coming up?
I swear one of the people describing what daisy does makes her sound mary sue ish
Either way have a cute dance
The series does have a recurrent problem of trying to cram too much at once instead of letting it all breathe.
That said I'm cautiously optimistic about this one.
Any early impressions of how Donald fares?
Well going by images she's clearly into him as to be expected, from what I'm reading they aren't officially dating yet either and not rushing into it
Right now it's just fangirls screaming how it's the greatest episode ever made like usual so hard to determine what's actually happening. There's supposedly a fight I think with the crossdressing Mark Beaks character
>Donald leads
Donaldtello does machines?
What are they saying
Any mention of Della being in the episode?
Still trying to decipher teenage maybe mentally ill girls are screaming and most of it are "they are cute" so can't tell you. Daisy might have beaten the villain by herself from what one person said but it's hard to say
Haven't heard her mentioned yet, mostly everyone is just talking about Don/Daisy
This is the average tweet I'm trying to read right now
Yikes. Della's concerned expression in her avatar is... quite apt.
>simply paying attention to one person sperging
Lol
>ducktales said FUCK lot3c thats it respecting women hour starts now
What does this mean? I don't understand
Hello, Yas Forumsnchesumadres fellas. Latino guy here, should I stay up waiting for a mega, or should I just go to bed and try tomorrow?
Different timezones and all, so I don't really know how fast this episode dumping works, thanks a lot.
If you can last 2 hours it will likely be up before then
Might as well go to bed, dude; it probably won't be uploaded for another 4-5 hours.
people sure do go crazy over a cartoon about talking ducks
Nah I'm looking for various words they say in search to find shit related to the episode
And well I found that
Gracias for the replies.
lol that girl is the ringleader of the crowd that sent the crew death threats
She is known for having a massive hateboner against Cabs
Why? Have no true idea. Don't really care for drama, just came across her tweets before
Her proportions are just fine, though, maybe a bit cartoony. But that's it.
>that girl is the ringleader of the crowd that sent the crew death threats
Quick rundown?
lol wtf
She and a lot of other DT fans have an issue with Daisys portrayal which isn’t an unreasonable critique but the hateboner over Xandra for being a humanized “sexy” woman is weird, did they never actually see the original 3 Caballeros
The people who post these twitter screencaps paint a picture of this group who see Lot3C's women characters, Daisy and Xandra mainly, as badly handled. It's funny because even the diehards against Daisy here have had their views challenged by those interpreting Daisy in a positive light and a grudging consensus is the spa episode was the one stumble on her character. April, May, and June are beloved here for their support throughout the show and I've no idea as to the specifics of these people's problems with Xandra. Most twitter garbage posted should honestly be ignored. Making one's own opinions here is much more valuable than blatant outside muckraking.

Spoiler
Cute spoiler
She runs a discord full of teen girl fujos who were pissed when an episode last season had launchpad eyeing penumbra and a few of them threatened the crew over it because they ship him exclusively with drake/darkwing and the crew had to assure them that lp/penumbra would never be canon. She in particular had a bunch of tweets about how she was physically ill over the implication that LP (who is bi) might have a hetero crush but they’re gone now
She also was very hands on in a ship war where some of the lp/drake people harassed and doxed people who shipped Della with launchpad and the crew had to step in and tell them to stop because it was reflecting badly on their attempts to get an actual canon gay relationship in the show
It’s all very stupid but kind of hilarious
lol that's the same bitch who edited the Delpad week prompt to include burning a pride flag, and it got so bad that Frank had to step in and tell her to take it down
>fujos mad that bi people have straight crushes
Every day they get worse and worse
this is super cute
