For one, the Chuck Jones Looney Tunes are some of the weakest in the whole collection. I wouldn't take anything he says as gospel
For two, it's all about the stakes. Bugs can admit when he's outclassed

Instead of drawing inbetween frames, they just move the key frames using a computer.
