Diplomacy, civility and intellectualism are all things that are crucial to the sustainability of today's capitalist society. In order to profit off of someone and not have your system taken down, you gotta know how to compromise, how to be respectful, potentially how to trick people into believing your lies. These form the very foundation of capitalism. They're also not inherently masculine traits.
Nowadays, masculinity has two uses: 1) intense physical labor and 2) natural fetishes. Both of these can eventually be dealt with. Physical labot can be, over time, replaced by technology. With enough conditioning over generations, masculinity, too, can stop becoming a turn-on for people, which is probably where the pop culture popularization of femininity comes in. So eventually, our descendants are going to have a society of pussies who don't have to work physically or get into any sort of physical confronration at all. We may not like it, but this is really just the way our brains work: we naturally seek to make life easier and more comfortable for ourselves, to have the ability to put the absolute minimal effort into something. Either that kills us as a species, or transforms us into someone else completely devoid of what we call masculinity (and an easy target for a potential alien attack, but aliens don't exist so who cares).
