Requiem Vampire Knight

>Requiem Vampire Knight
>one of the most beautifully drawn comics known to man
>every page is a stunning work of art by Olive LeDroit
>written by the amazing Pat Mills
>was only published in Heavy Metal magazine in the early 00's
>published in volumes by "Panini Comics" but they are all long out of print
>only choices are reading it digitally like a fag or buying volumes off ebay for insane prices

Somebody save me from this living hell. I just want to read these in my hand as an actual book. Why arent there big hardcorver editions of this, with giant pages to see all the detail, and all still in print?

Wow that really does look great.

they're overprinted and fairly cheap, even cheaper if you buy them in french. more than $20 an issue and you're getting ripped off.

Why would anyone buy something in a language they can't read? ENGLISH MOTHERFUCKER DO YOU SPEAK IT?

if you don't live in anglo counties localized books are cheaper and easier to find

>who should we get to draw our comic
>Get me Oliver LeDroit!

Honestly, i wish they toned down the humour a bit. I would prefer the book to fully embrace the edge and have a dark story, like, ditch the orgasm stealing monkey

Yes, I can jerk off to this

No one reads Requiem for the story, if you want it to gush over the art, french is the best way to go as has the dialog boxes where the artist originally planed for them to be.

I would probably even avoid the Heavy Metal version since the art is stretched out to fit HM's magazine format. so it's missing all the cool tapestry designs in the gutters

Its one of those "So bad its good" kind of things.
