I don't even know that it will be the fourth season, and the third season has not ended, so this is not certain yet. Considering how they treat Donald in the series, he'll only be put in for comical reasons. Otherwise, will Morgana Macawber appear or not?

Development or no, the episode was superfluous at best, cringe at worst. The pacing was godawful too -- and this is coming from someone who likes Sergio Leone's slow-ass movies. Even Della couldn't save it.
I think Donald would be ok with having an intelligble voice even of it's Webby.
