That's a very good question. I've been keeping my friends updated on my comic project and so far they've been very encouraging (at least from what I've provided). I had a couple friends read the scripts I came up with and I got some good feedback. There are two things that keep coming up over so I got a good feeling they are crtiically evaluating.
1. It's weird and doesn't read like anything currently out on the market.
2. They can "tell" I wrote it. They said because they know me personally, it's clear that whenever a character is talking it's like I'm talking. Basically I pulled a Bendis

This guy modeled and rigged all of these in Blender and while his aesthetic is vomitously unoriginal adolescent edgelord bullshit and the writing's not much better, he has a legitimate career in CGI ahead of him considering the expressions and facial movements/mouthmatching and matching scene lighting.
If he's actually your friend, encourage him to put furries on the back burner and do human anatomy because that's the foot in the door, not three dimensional versions of sick composition book doodles and certainly NOT costarring in Nostalgia Critic videos. I actually have no posted it recently (although a kind user on Yas Forums read my outline and gave me some serious serious feedback. They liked it mostly, but it was clear that it was just a precorsor and nowhere close to being a finished product.
Currently working on two sets of "story bibles" for my eventual comic series. While it's made up of two bibles, it is one continuous story that that is going to serve as a "thesis" for my feelings on all things superheroes. The series is going to be meticulously designed from the ground up so ensuring the characters, stories, and settings are jive with one another is critical.
>Each arc will be 8 issues and 22 pages per.
>Each 8 issue arc will be split into two. First four issues will be Part 1 and last four part 2. And each story part will be split into two sets of stories (A & B).
>Lastly, while each issue is going to be a part of a much larger whole, every issue is simultaneiously going to be a self contained story on its own that will provide the reader with enough context to pick up this issue and still enjoy themselves.
