Bump for hulk thread.
Not sure about leading off with a Rulk tho.

This is such an oddly specific thing to ask for, and yet SOMEHOW I have this very image saved. Also I'm all for another Hulk thread
Eh, I can think of worse. Cool concept, just poorly executed. I'm sure Ewing has something in mind for him. Is it true Ross is back from the dead?

Lol yeah, its only because I wanted to make hulk stickers from the avenger alliance presets.
Also I hope Ross is back from the dead, he's a based character

Last we seen he was coming out of a grave, so sure he HAS to come back

Question; why are AA models like the default look of nearly every character? You look at them and go, "Yeah that's definitely ___"

Its something to do with taking the iconic qualities of a character, as well as making proportions that they are well known for and being finished with a fucking great art style.

because they have SOUL

I still prefer this design of quicksilver over the classic and FOX versions. Keeps the blue and doesn't make him look outdated. Plus the Slav look is a plus. Too bad his Quicksilver was trash

Its a shame this version of AA Abomination didn't get a full design. It looks better than what we had

MCU Quicksilver was arguably way better than the FOX version. The characterization was fine, the problem was the script and screen time. MCU Pietro wasn't an easy fix plot device, and he actually embodied the impatient/overprotective brother

That I agree with wholeheartedly. He was more accurate to his comic personality. Its why I still stand that Ultron should have gotten two movies just like how Thanos had infinity war and endgame

The new Avengers team from the end of AoU should have had at least one movie before they were torn apart in Civil War, and someone should have told Whedon he doesn't always need to kill someone. IIRC they actually filmed scenes where Quicksilver lived in case Disney blocked them from killing him, but they've never released them.

I was under the impression they killed off Quicksilver due to the lack of rights. They only borrowed him from Fox at the time and wanted to introduce the Scarlet Witch with her brother as opposed to being a single person. Its a damn shame he didn't get past one movie

That's widely believed for some reason, but no, they had the rights to use both Wanda and Pietro as much as they wanted, they just couldn't make them mutants, and couldn't make them Magneto's children, because Fox had those rights.
There may have been some restrictions on licensing and merchandise, which would explain why Sharon Carter appeared instead of Wanda on a lot of Team Cap images for Civil War.
Fox had no plans to use either of them until it was announced they were going to be in AoU, they then put their version of Quicksilver into DoFP, the script originally had Wolverine recruiting a young Juggernaut instead.
Whedon literally just killed Quicksilver because he always has to kill someone, and he thought it was clever to make it look like Hawkeye would die, and kill someone else instead.

That's stupid. Quicksilver should have been one of the strongest MCU character based on speed alone. He didn't have to block the bullets with his body, but he should have just moved Hawkeye away. His death wasn't even impactful since he JUST appeared in that movie

You're not wrong, but Whedon gotta Whedon. He's talked about how he met with Feige after he finished work on the first movie, but before it was released, to discuss sequel ideas, and he'd been planning to kill Pietro as far back as then.

Thanks user

Was any of the rumors of him being brought back for Endgame when Hawkeye was trying out the time machine true?

Oh, ya, we're definitely getting Ross back.
No way Ewing could resist if he wanted to.
Rulk/Zzzax is what we need.

Ross has an eerie familiarity with the creature Zzzax. Imagine Rulk, but he's constantly emitting energy, his bones glowing beneath his muscle tissue, maybe even on fire.

That and A-Bomb Leader would be something to see.

What are the chances of Blonsky being turned back to normal

I would argue Blonsky will fall back to Earth, put himself back together, and he'll look even more like an Abomination than before

I still think Ewing already blew his Abomination load;
The Husk is all we are getting, boys.

fucking bump.
What the hell is the matter, hulk-bros?
Did the shitty Rulk OP get you confused?
Hulk thread. dammit.

>Is it true Ross is back from the dead?
No, Carnge only dug him up and dumped the body in a mass grave. The rules about who does or doesn't come back from the dead seem inconstant (the book does take the time to point this out, so Ewing has some kind of plan that we can't see yet), but it's only a matter of time.

I think you're half right, he's done with Abomination for THIS book.

Remember, Abomination is in space AND Ewing is on GotG right now. That right there is a trump card/tie-in material if by some act of god the higher ups let him have some big gamma crossover.

Not bad.
If Ewing has the good instinct to browse Yas Forums, he should take notes.

So here's a question: Devil Hulk
When will he start to actually LOOK like the devil hulk instead of being this savage hulk vessel holder

ah...
See, now you are asking completely speculative questions that only the writer can answer.
I'm really not a fellow who speculates,
There's too many variables, especially, in an above average human mind.
It's strictly up to the writer.
And, that is to say,
If Devil Hulk originated in Mantlo's 312,
I can't imagine Ewing gives a fuck about it.

AA was the last time something felt PURE Marvel. Merging the corners of Avengers, Xmen, Cosmic Marvel, and even MCU. Like it had synergy, but its concern was all of Marvel, not some of Marvel
