Probably what will happen is that shit like that new selina kyle/gossip girl will die forgotten, other 30 to 40% of the bad comics that came recently from DC as well, only the good stuff might survive.
In Marvel's case, probably 80 to 90% of it's comics as they are just generally forgotten even during the normal times.

I'm not protecting the Diamond, I'm just pointing out where the money comes from. And what is Diamond's connection to the fact that comic books are badly sold? Diamond is simply a distributor, not a comic book publisher. Which, by the way, only became strong thanks to Marvel's bastards.
