Also crush damage, such as when his spine was crushed by the door in The Limit and Finn had to wish him back from dying.
He was very stretched out at that point, but even normally he doesn't have the strength to push away the entrance stone in "The Hall of Egress."
Meanwhile Spinel has the strength to punch a skyscraper 30 feet into the ground and leave a 10 foot deep dent at the top.
So it seems if she was able to pin him under something, she could break his spine.

People complained about SU having too many episodic breaks in the main story. But AT is lucky to get 4 story episodes per season.

I'd argue Steven Universe is more fun than AT cause when AT started taking itself a little too seriously I was unable to watch it cause it wasn't fun anymore

SU was only mildly fun for 1 season only, at least AT waited 4 seasons before getting somewhat dull, and even the later seasons are far more creative and unpredictable than SU's later seasons

I really liked the Lich and stuff but for the most part the big over arcing story of AT wasn't doing it for me. I really liked it's one off episodic episodes more. In turn I like both the plot and episodic episodes of SU say what you want but I actually kind of find the townie episodes to be charming and cute
