I want to say "the same reason you hate progressives", because tribalism is too hard to resist for squared brained retards like , but the real answer is that there really isn't an anti-conservative bend in comics. There are lots of conservative characters that are shown to find success through their ideals, or characters who simply exemplify conservative ideals working without being overtly political.
