This might be cheating a bit, but Moral Orel had this Mountain Goats song on it. Big recommendation on checking out Moral Orel, and sticking with it to the end, it starts out pretty bland and maybe even bad, but it gets so good that it's definitely one of the best cartoons I've seen.

Any nemesis of any Batman should be aware that BTAS had great background music. I especially liked the character motifs. They fit so perfectly.
