Isn't this like saying Star Wars is a ripoff of Star Trek because they both have aliens and spaceships. Satina isn't trying to make Hell better and the show is less surreal. Literally the only thing in common is the daughter of the devil thing which is not too rare of a concept anyways. Satina isn't even the protagonist with the leads obviously being her parents.
