As the title says, we talk all things Spidey. Let's talk about our favorite stories, characters, and future content we'd like to see. You can also speculate about Kindred's identity if you want too.
Some random thoughts; Personally I'm enjoying both Nick Spencer's ASM book, and Williams Amazing Mary Jane. For me its hard to pick a favorite Sinister Six member, but Mysterio and The Shocker are two of my favorites. On a related note, I always thought Scorpion could use a revamp. I love the PS4, and even after 100% completing it, I still sometimes just swing around the city for the hell of it. Looking forward to the sequel. Moreover, I miss the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon, and hate that Drake Bell redubbed over Keaton's lines in Avengers EMHs.
But enough about my thoughts, what would you like to talk about?
Damn it, Eddie. There's no chocolate on that island!

I feel like one of the best stories of all time is The Death Of Harry Osborn, but for some reason it’s constantly slept on. What a way to end that feud.
Evan Long
I wouldn’t have minded if that was the last Venom story.
Jose Martinez
Yeah its a shame that the writers are so desperate to wank norman that they have no idea what to do with harry
Jordan Davis
They should’ve just let him stay dead. There was no reason to bring him back.
Adam Morales
>for some reason it’s constantly slept on OMD
Luis Gomez
The reason is they're too stupid and untalented to create a new villain who will stick, so they need to rely on the classics forever
Angel Perez
He’s not even a villain now, he’s just there doing nothing.
Gavin Allen
I liked Life Story, it's built on nostalgia of previous stories. I never read them but I did enjoy watching Spider-Man slowly die.
>He’s not even a villain now Ravencroft was sorta implying that the Thunderbolts were coming back
Thomas Reyes
Norman can stay around, Harry's just unfortunately brought along for the ride. I guess after Gwen died editorial thought killing another one of Peter's friends for good seemed redundant. Harry's in this weird holding pattern where outside of drugs and gripping with the fact that his father is a piece of shit, writers don't know what to do with him anymore. How important is Harry's friendship to Peter these days? The guy can't even find peace in life even after Norman dies or gets sent away. The "Goblin Curse" just hangs over his head, and his entire family. He's become this punching bag where his own son is a constant reminder of his father's evil
Samuel Williams
I REALLY hope that Marvel doesn't turn Spider-Man into Captain Marvel's sidekick...
Easton Wood
No, just her side-piece.
Luis Brooks
He was the main villain of the last big Spider-Man event, and was involved in the last big Venom event...and he's already up to something again
What in the ever living fuck are you even talking about?
John Hall
MCU bullshit, don't reply.
Cooper Stewart
Norman currently thinks he's Cletus. Kindred visited him in prison, explaining he's next after being done with Peter. Ah, causal faggotry, got it.
Juan Cruz
>Norman currently thinks he's Cletus I know me and two other guys are the only ones that read Ruins of Ravencroft, but Norman is back to being himself and he had a meeting with Kingpin and the Thunderbolts.
Isaac Sullivan
Oh yeah I forgot about that, didn't get a chance to read that yet. So Kingpin "deputized" certain inmates like Scorpion to make his own version of the Thunderbolts, right?
But on that note Norman should’ve stayed dead too.
Austin Collins
>So Kingpin "deputized" certain inmates like Scorpion to make his own version of the Thunderbolts, right? It looks like that's the plan, too fucking bad that we won't see the outcome for who knows how long.
Jaxson Phillips
Shut the fuck up and go shill Clownfishtv elsewhere. Current Spidey (thankfully) isn't anything like the MCU trash Not him but I'm fine with Norman staying around. He's THE Spider-Man villain.
I would've prefered if they brought harry back and kept norman dead
Xavier Young
Well I've previously went into detail how to fix his character in past threads (which got favorable feedback and I can repost later), but one question we've yet to answer is how do we fix his costume?
>He's THE Spider-Man villain I'd argue that Ock is the Spider-Man villain.
Ian Fisher
Is there a perfect suit depiction? Every pic I've seen fucks up at least something.
>Color Red and blue. >Head Odd number of lines. Loop in the center. Oriented with a line up the forehead, not down the center of the chin. Not too busy. >Neck If the suit doesn't have the same number of lines as the mask, they double ONCE at the neck line. >Pits The negative space should merge into the vertical lines, not cut into the red. Also WEB PITS. >Spider On the web, not floating in a void. Optionally, if the number of webs wasn't doubled at the neck, a line descending from the abdomen of the spider itself. >Fingers Busy as all fuck. >Waist Same number of vertical lines as the body or busy as fuck. Don't come close and miscount.
Matthew Cruz
>I'd argue that Ock is the Spider-Man villain. I'd argue that shocker is the Spider-Man villain. Does Ock have an Octopus-Mobile? I think not.
You don't need puny cars when you got mechanical arms that you control with your mind
James Lewis
It's not about need.
Aiden Price
Otto is Peter's most reoccurring foe Norman is Peter's most dreaded personal foe
It's like comparing Leonard Snart to Eobard Thawne
Hunter Thompson
>It's like comparing Leonard Snart to Eobard Thawne Pretty good analogy
Benjamin Thomas
No thanks, I'm happy where I am. lol
Thomas James
Good understanding. Norman and Harry both should have stayed dead though.
Brody Jones
can we all agree mcu spidy is the worst spidy
Aiden Turner
Can you stop fucking talking about it?
Henry Stewart
What's the current status of Max Dillon? I know Francine Frye is the current Electro, who was a supervillain groupie if I recall correctly who was given Max's powers thanks to The Jackal, but I think there can be room for both. I think they'd make a good Bonnie and Clyde super villain literal power couple. She can wear Max's original costume, and Max can be pure energy, and together they're "Electro". They could even do a cool Negative Man (Doom Patrol) thing where Max flies out of her body. Just an idea.
