It’s just really bland to me. Too many characters, too many plot lines, most of the villains feel nerfed or poorly adapted, the dialogue tries too hard to be dark or edgy at points, and the “all according to keikkeku” shit gets old fast.

I haven’t cared about any dc shows since the dcau desu

You start to realize that over time it becomes this really disjointed narrative with a shit ton of characters and half of it is you figuring out just what the hell you missed over timeskips

TFW they didn't bring back my boy

Show is basically for DC shippers,

I never understood why anyone wants to ship characters in these universes when here are crazy deities vying to subjugate their will on the multiverse and world forgers to be dealt with . It's such a waste. this and that Harle show; there is real shit going on, and it's hardly ever mentioned.
Also it relied WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much on cameos.

It got worse in season 2 and season 3 was a dumpster fire.

Because it is maybe the biggest wasted opportunity in DC animation. This and the DC New 52 movie really shows how easy it is to fuck up making something like the DCAU.

They gave Weisman too many toys to play with.

>Show called Young Justice. After Season 1, the cast is all turned into adults.

That 5 year gap still pisses me. I was watching these young assholes grow up and develop into actual heroes and they go ahead and skip the whole process.

The first season was great, then when the second season disappointed both viewers and investors the writers lubed up the rectal wokepill and we got the dumpster fire that was season 3.

it started off good but turned into garbage filled with the worst kind of teen angst and straight up baffling story decisions. They never recaptured the cast chemistry after season 1

Literally the only characters that are matter are the original 6 plus Roy and Vandal Savage. No one else matters. And it's fucking jarring when those 8 main characters are not there because it is essentially worthless filler.

Also Halo is shit and fuck Greg for keeping her on the rooster for the next season.

What Weisman did with Season 2 reminds me of what he did with Gargoyles Season 2. I want to focus on the main cast developing. I don't give a fuck about the gargoyles of every nation or a magical world tour.

who there buddy. Zatanna was ok too

I forgot about her, and she was a great addition, but she is unfortunately not a main.
She should have been and I actually do like her episode and the shit she has with her dad but Greg keeps pushing that in the fucking background like everything else.

this and this....Why do people care so much about who's fucking?

I think it's fine. The best discussion takes place while a new season is airing, as most shows. Season four may or may not get delayed, especially since it was renewed at the last minute. I'd say we could've expected a trailer by the fall and a winter premiere, but who knows anymore.

I'm disappointed DC didn't greenlight a spin-off comic by Weisman, Vietti, and Jones while we waited for season four. The time skips between seasons and the focus on the wider DC universe have plenty of potential for stories. They honestly don't have to focus on the main characters.

Blame the creator. When he is more interested in answering stupid shit like how MM and Superboy fuck instead of telling us how Vandal Savage and Ra al Ghul are old friends (because he is never going to get to do that when he needs to add 30 plus characters from the Legion into S4), you know there's a fucking issue.

>instead of telling us how Vandal Savage and Ra al Ghul are old friends

Ra's is barely a factor in the show compared to Vandal. I don't see how this is relevant to the show, its story and its themes. They may get around to it if it's a backstory worth telling. They may not. I don't think it's hard to imagine how near-immortal beings with similar goals and mindsets about humanity crossed paths. It's fun to think about, but nothing worth getting mad about if it's not addressed.

And I frankly don't really care about off-show, off-comic, NSFW talk. It's not in the show itself, so it's not a flaw in the show or its tie-in material.

Even beyond that, why is that avatar of darkseid being so coy and patient. What the hell does he have in store for that world?

I'd image that the two would have crossed paths at some time, Savage has been around since men were capable of thought and the demon head has had conquest throughout eurasia since at least the 1300s.

Just watch shonen then.

To be fair, a lot of that spin-off fodder was Eisner's orders to compete with Fox's Marvel Universe that was airing at the same time. When he left, all of those spin-off plans were dropped, and it fucked over the show by the third season.

>literally outs Bart on Twitter
What the fuck is this, JK Rowling but for superheroes?

I don't know how you didn't see Bart as a fag

It was okay, but I wasn't a huge fan of it. They tried to cram way too many unnecessary characters into the show, and it got annoying how every episode ended with the bad guys bragging about how everything was going according to their plans.

He was just as innocent and asexual as Dumbledore. Sue me mother fucker.

>season 3 was a dumpster fire.
Fuck I hate the ending of season 3 so fucking much.
Noone notices Geo-Force s acting strange. No one notices the intense mood shifts everytime that one guy speaks. Noone notices everytime the guy speaks Geo-Force agrees with him even if it would be out of character, despite them having seen and accompanied his character arc. Even after he brings the doctor back to his country, noone notices something might be fucked. These are people who know telepaths and mind control exist and they refuse to notice obvious clues. Shit's on the guys entire character arc and everybody is just "sometimes heroes fall and become supervillains"

Dumbledore was never giving Snape the slut eyes. I don't know what the fuck they put on the screen but that wasn't in the books.

They should have had Halo sacrificed herself for the greater good and let Brion go evil without the need of that one fucker desu.

>and it got annoying how every episode ended with the bad guys bragging about how everything was going according to their plans.

That only happened early on in the season, and then very sparingly afterwards. Of course, everyone exaggerates it.

>Shit's on the guys entire character arc and everybody is just "sometimes heroes fall and become supervillains"

That legit pissed me off, especially comparing Brion to mass murderers like Vandal Savage or Black Adam. Even if Brion did want to kill his uncle and resented his siblings, he was manipulated. There's no way no one noticed something was off. Also, how come killing a single person made Brion irredeemable? Didn't M'gann brain fry a shit load of people and didn't even get kicked off the team? Even Terra faced more consequences than her.

Actually, it reminded me of how Karen bitched about Original Roy/Arsenal having PTSD and Dick kicking him out after he saved their ungrateful asses. Again, M'gann has done worse, yet the only person that yells at her about it is Conner? Who ends up dating her again after a few years? Really?

honestly that shit has infiltrated shonen

>Boku no hero
everyone cares about who is going to win the deku bowl

>naruto
was simping over some dumb cunt, who was simping after and emo pretty boi

>gash bell
people shipped kiyo and a ton of bitches

>Yuyu hakusho
Our boy had a girlfriend from the start

>soul hunter
Taikubou and daki were shipped

>Dragon ball
everyone is married with kids

>dai no dai bouken
Mamo and Pop were shipped

The list goes on, the only ones exempt from this shit are dr. slump, one piece (until recently), jojo (lack of girls)

I hate the new artstyle and the cast is ENORMOUS and only Dick, Artemis, Miss "Jean Grey" Martian, Conner and fucking Wally who's fucking dead get development

But do any of those shows you mentioned actually take a portion of the show to make that shit important?
No. The most romance you saw in DB was Chichi forcing Goku to marry her and that was it. In other shows, like Gash Bell, it was a gag and nothing more.

Hell a shonen that put too much stock in romance that you didn't mention was FMA. Shit like romance is not that important in shonen.

Romance actually was important in the first JoJo in comparison to half those shows you mentioned minus YYH.
