To be fair, If I knew how to edit a wikia when I was like seven years old I would have made something like this. I had a lot of autism for SpongeBob so I relate to these fellas.

His friend was suffering from Marfan Syndrome, a disorder that affects connective tissue and often causes elongated limbs and digits. It can also cause potentially deadly problems with other parts of the body such as the heart, blood vessels, and nervous system.

This is clearly meant to be a way of coping with the trauma of someone he cared about being sick.
