This one is pretty solid IMO. Good, simple shapes and colors.
The Quinn one hurts to look at. It's like if you choked a mariachi to death with a pizzeria tablecloth and then tried to make a costume in one minute using only the materials available to you.

The mallet is the best thing about the design, i like it. I also like the armpads, gloves and jacket, despite the colors and that really stupid back design. The artwork isn't egregious, but the finger on her right hand looks broken.
The artwork is fine
The palette is horrible. It tries to blend the pink/blue from Rebirth/SS Harley with the red/black from classic Harley and it fails so hard at it, because they clash so fucking much.
The design is SO FUCKING BUSY There are so many patterns, studs, accessories, addresses, patterns and details.
I guess the facepaint was going for a Joker-ish mexican skull art, but something went completely wrong.
Also, there's the traditional Tumblr addresses, like unnecessary bandages, heterochromia (?) ambiguous race traits, and other stuff.
Overall, this isn't what current Harleyfags want, but it's what they deserve. It's an amalgamation of every Harley design, but in all the wrong ways.

Run the boots as white and red with a Mary Jane pattern, the leggings are simplified to red with a black diamond pattern, white checkerboard pants are shortened into bloomers, jacket and vest are now split evenly between red and black with the opposite color overlapping on the vest, big, fluffy, frilly jabot in white, topped with a classic jesters cap in a split color scheme opposite the jacket.
