It has to be able to stand on its own two legs. Leave Doof out of it. Don't reference Phineas & Ferb at all.

I feel like I'm not gonna watch it just to spite Disney.

>what if they're piloting another Doof spin-off

Oh wait it may not be for Disney

References to PnF don't bother me ... except when they are very In Your Face.

your new show, Yas Forums

Expect PnF's cast to be forcing themselves in within three episodes.

What's the premise?

>another star vs clone
Why the fuck not...

Musicals again

Well yeah but I meant like the plot.

>Same artstyle
These guys are fucking hacks.

>An April Fool's edit

Nothing because is an edit

Wasn't P&P and Milo supposed to have a crossover or did I imagine that

Post that curvy gal whose name escapes me.

It happened and it continued on to Season 2

Never forget the Isabella and the Fireside Girls spinoff mentioned by The New York Times a long time ago.

I guess this probably debunks the Phineas and Ferb revival theorythank fuck, I liked Milo but they really kicked themselves in the balls by forcing the PnF cast in.

I just hope it has a different art style and doesn't reference their earlier works outside small gags.

better be fake and gay.

>better be fake and gay
It is. It was made for April Fool's by an MML/PnF fangroup a few years ago.

which one

Honestly after Milo it's hard to tell.

>The New York Times
Phineas and Ferb was really overrated

You always say that

Dan and Swampy are one trick ponies. They really can only repeat basic plot structures and jokes, and Phineas and Ferb covered them all while being a resounding success
I don't think there really is anything for them outside P&F and don't see this going through unless it's a P&F spinoff or has shit ton of P&F shit

This. They failed pretty bad with MML as an attempt to tackle more complicated plot structures. The jokes are a hit or miss as well.

I think most of my problems with the references to Phineas and Ferb stemmed from two things.

First, despite the occasionally familiar building or namedrop, the setting just didn't really feel like Danville.

Most of the weird playfulness the town itself had in Phineas and Ferb was never really there in the same way; MML could get weird but I can't really picture it having a sequence like History of the Tri-State Area.

Like Mr. Drake; in Phineas and Ferb, he would have just been a vampire outright and people in Danville would just shrug and roll with it.

Second was that Doof just doesn't work all that well for me as a reformed character; the petty grievances were too much a part of his character.

The OWCA special had the same problems really; the bugs made the tone feel off and Heinz just isn't as funny when he's trying to be good.

>Like Mr. Drako; in Phineas and Ferb, he would have just been a vampire outright and people in Danville would just shrug and roll with it.

Candace literally became a vampire and turned into dust. Phineas and Ferb just shrugged it off

There's a bunch of them on the show so you'll have to narrow things down a bit.

I like to think they never actually changed her back but just glued Candace back together and made her sun-proof because "having a vampire sister is cool".

That's a cool headcanon
>inb4 Candace is allergic to garlic and can't eat anything other than blood

>The Candace we see after that episode is not even the real Candace.

They don't have it as bad as Justin Roiland does. At least during season 1, Milo was sort of the opposite of Phineas and Ferb.

Seems like Dam and Swampy are the only ones making shows about teenagers and not 11-12 year olds like everyone else on all the other channels

MML was really their way of cheating Disney into letting them make more PnF, according to them.

>Phineas and Ferb keep a clone collection of Candaces

Attached: 1583999304081.jpg (1639x1080, 95.5K)

But why? Phineas and Ferb was Disney's big moneymaker and the Phineas and Ferb crew was already running out of steam during season 2.

>Stacy stumbles onto the clone collection
>"I'm in heaven."

I mean, they had Joshua Pruett and Scott Peterson help out with the overarching plot.

Harsh. I actually liked Milo over P&F and I never got the flack Yas Forums gave it. But also, this

That seems like Hulu is demanding them to literally make everything like Rick & Morty as much as legally possible

They wanted more Doof, whom Dan recently said is based on himself. Remember Doof 101 and The OWCA Files?

I can understand passing on The O.W.C.A. Files, it was pretty boring, but I'd watch a whole Doof 101 show.
