Satoshi Kon's only TV series. It's his psychological thriller stuff, but with supernatural elements thrown in. It's almost episodic the way the story is paced, with a lot of seemingly isolated events happening around this one city, but there is an overarching narrative to it.

Toonami is not ASA because they existed at the same time as different blocks. Ergo they cannot be the same block. Old Toonami and New Toonami never existed at the same time. New Toonami is a reincarnation of the block moved to a new time and retooled for older audiences. You could at best call it a combination of old Toonami and ASA, in either case it's still something separate from ASA.
