Who should the villain be in Spider-Verse 2? Do you think they could actually pull off Morlun? We know that the movie will have even more alternate Spider-Men.
Who should the villain be in Spider-Verse 2? Do you think they could actually pull off Morlun...
I can't remember if the cut scene where Liv is shown to be alive is considered canon or not, but if so, it'll probably be her. Even if they could do a decent job with Morlun, I'd rather not be reminded of his existence.
This, I want Liv leading a sinister six from alternate realities. Spd//r Mysterio, Pork Grind, etc.
I'd like to focus on a different alternate Spider-Man, but it'll be more Miles.
Morlun fucking sucks and Spiderverse sucks.
dig bick khaine
Morlun is awesome
How about a Sinister Six composed entirely of Doctor Octopi from different realities?
Even better if Superior Spider-Man is in the movie.
Too repetitive for fights
I could see a Superior Spider-Man working as a big bad.
Fuck Morlun, I want a good Green Goblin.
Not a retarded Hulk ripoff too.
Alchemax
A Mega Corp from the future trying to steal from other worlds because they ran out of resources in their own time
Next villain should be an alt-universe version of Kraven. He hops from one reality to the next, hunting Spiders for sport
OK, but who would be in charge of Alchemax be? Goblin 2099? Venom 2099? Doctor Octopus 2099?
Morlun sucks and so does the totem shit.
Sinister six should consist of versions of the characters who sucessfully killed their universe's Spider-Men, possibly led by an Evil Pete.
>possibly led by an Evil Pete.
Good job, you blew it.
Other Spidermen or/led by Superior Spider-Gwen
I'm more interested in the other plot threads they set up than whatever 2099 is into. First is they never showed the universe Miles's spider came from or what the effect of having particles from 2 universes in his body would be. Second is they never explained why Aunt May was friends with Doc Ock. Third is giant mutant Norman implies that dead Peter might actually be immortal like Ultimate Peter. And fourth is they never explained what the fuck MJ was doing at Kingpin's since she had to know he was a villain.
Oh and Gwen having dimension powers now.
>Third is giant mutant Norman implies that dead Peter might actually be immortal like Ultimate Peter
What the fuck are you talking about
>And fourth is they never explained what the fuck MJ was doing at Kingpin's since she had to know he was a villain.
Not this shit again
>What the fuck are you talking about
Ultimate Peter is immortal because he got his powers from a spider treated with the oz formula which is also what turns Ultimate Osborn into a monster like we see him in the movie. The formula makes you immortal.
If movie Osborn and Ultimate comic Osborn have the same origin, then it would imply movie Peter could actually come back from the dead like comic Peter.
My hopes:
-Cindy Moon 65
-Evil Matt Murdock
That was so stupid that I forgot about it, why on earth would you even want that to happen in the sequel?
Obviously Spider-Carnage trying to destroy the multiverse
Because Spider-Man always gets up.
Not with retarded Bendis shit.
I'd want the writing to be less retarded obviously. Like no just fucking off with MJ.
There's no less retarded here, it's a terrible plot point and it would be a terrible idea to implement in the movie.
fucking truth. hate that bullshit. i mean he just comes out and bam, oh shit he's the most evil/powerful villian of all time. also peter saying shit like 'i've defeated him before. np i'll do it again'. like what the fuck? morlun killed people and you just temporarily stopped him. the fuck.
>Who should the villain be in Spider-Verse 2?
I guarantee Lord & Miller hate Morlun
It should be a multi-verse twist on a classic Spider Man villain. Based on the cut-scene expect some 2099 shenanigans.
Given the Sony Spider Man Verse, presume that these characters are off limits: Venom, Carnage, Mysterio, Kraven, Chameleon
Multiverse Sinister Six seems like the surest bet. And time travel shenanigans so we can get Wild West Spiderman, Steampunk Spider Girl, etc
Maybe a version of Roderick Kingsley?
He suits the corporate aspect pretty well
