ITT: Things you'll never see in media or are extremely rare
I'll start with: main character doesn't get cold feet when his psycho friend starts killing undesirable people.

okay seriously answer:
Heroes that doubt rather or not they're the bad guy when the antagonist is morally ambiguous.
Or heroes that try to fix the problem that created the villain in the first place.
Does transformation count? Ranma and Shezow.
>Muh society
>Muh animals are better than humans
>Muh all humans are evil
I'd shove a 20 page speech down anybody's throat who goes "muh society" "the world is evil" "let's burn 100% of it". I've heard it so many times. Listen dumbfucks, 3-4 bad apples don't represent an entire fucking society. Often times the stereotypical bullies shown are a bunch of dimwitted degenerates with failing grades or mediocre grades who won't amount to anything. The problem is that 90% of society are dull sheeple with no sense of responsibility to punish these 3-4 dorks who think they're hot shit.
And look at asians and middle easterns, there's so many of them yet nobo
I hate the "you're the only one" bullshit, there's plenty of 9-10 grades quality people. It's just that they know to steer the fuck away from degenerates, including the passive victims. And that bullshit of "Everybody is a loser" again pisses me off when looking at A-grade people. Tunnel visioning, people genuinely aren't aware of intellectuals and how they've learned to stay away from idiots. Judging a world when you've barely met 0.0001% of it is ignorant as hell.
The only time this 100% nihilism mentality applies is to China and the Middle East. There's indeed nothing to salvage there and indeed the "you're a rarity" applies perfectly there.
The true thing about Caucasian society is that the 10/10 people are just 10%, 25% are normal 8/10 grade people the rest are dull mediocre people, the other ones in the 10-25% are basic animals who think like animals, behave like children, are mentally retarded but are somewhat good at hiding it by being anti social, competitive, effective at not being a victim (till somebody else appears and kicks their shit in).
If the 10-25% degenerates were 75-99% then we'd be Spain, Mexico, South America, Africa, China, etc. those are indeed shitholes full of soulless insects who kill puppies for amusement and "culture".
I remember at most 1 villain from Totally Spies who said "Okay I won't kill 100% of men, only 70% or so, sounds good?"
And look at asians and middle easterns, there's so many of them yet nobody adds them to statistics because nobody cares about 1.5-3 billion flies attracted to shit. Again this is where the "Never doubt yourself if everybody screams you're wrong when you're right" applies, that's where this life lesson applies.
I've seen this whole "destroy first then rebuild" villain type so many times and his mentality makes no fucking sense when applied to the civilized European and American worlds. I can fully understand it for the shitholes, but not for the actual civilized places.
Any Mention of the Ottomans
Oh yeah there's constant mention of spartans, aztecs, mayans, atlantis, persians, saudi arabian princes, but none for ottomans and before them.

A gay character asks out their crush and they get turned down because said crush just isn't into guys/girls
I have legit NEVER seen this in a modern cartoon yet. They always get positively reciprocated and I think its unrealistic. Kids growing up would benefit from having a relatable and realistic situation like that pop up in their entertainment Also itd just be a fun avenue to explore in a show. You come out as gay to a friend you have feelings for but they dont love you back but everyone still on good terms with each other.
A character brings their children to a store and offscreen the kid finds a pack of condoms and think they're cool balloons.
Even better if it would be a kids show and its never explicitly shown or stated what the balloons are just the parent character freaks out and tells their kid to put those down.
Shit friend/shit marriage/character who's way out of main character's league kicks him out of the cartoon show and gets a better friend.
Most sought out after solution to a real problem which some blessed shows don't have.
Oh and group of depressed charmless redneck friends criticizing each other for being rednecks, I never see that. In their minds they're "normal functioning members of society".
>character asks out their crush and they get turned down
Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, but because the guy was gay. Also they handled it will a little bit of focus and emotion otherwise there's plenty of shows where characters get rejected, but mostly by background characters.
Main character heroes being the bullies, I never ever see that.
Hero vs villain speeches. All heroes just take the verbal abuse villains give, but the heroes never give any back. Especially insults. Also often the hero never engages bullies.
>Some offensive wars are justified
>Any reference at all to Napoleon III
>people doing their jobs for any reason other then, it is their lifelong passion or for the money
>Oh and group of depressed charmless redneck friends criticizing each other for being rednecks, I never see that. In their minds they're "normal functioning members of society".
Also intellectual characters who actively berate them for being rednecks, stubborn idiots and wastes of life for 99% of the time, not just at the end. Plus it's never done with enough awareness and naturalness, it always feels naive, awkward, forced when they do criticize redneck culture and stereotypes.
Those aren't even real in real life, user.
Character stops ignoring things which would piss off any normal functioning person with a little bit of self respect
>Getting bullied by mutts, homeless, people as small as you.
>Character realizing some civilians are not worth protecting and should in fact be killed so they don't get swayed by the dark side
>Villain does cheap shots, backstabs, runs away and other infuriatingly cheap tactics
>Hero doesn't want to offer the villain death, he wants to torture him.
>Suicidal character calls out his lover/friends for being assholes who only care about themselves.
Pathetically obnoxious raging characters pissing off people with their rage and getting their shit kicked in relative to how obnoxious they are. (Kyle's mom)
Same for characters who are too tediously calm, mute or talk shit.
Characters who actually winces and try to dodge when something unexpected comes.
Character who instinctively shoves and punches a thot/douche in the face for being in his way or pissing him off too much beforehand.
I especially never see the hero yelling, raging and scaring off other characters, at least not while he's in civilian form. He always just mumbles pathetically or does a pathetic verbal abuse.
I especially never see civilians getting punched or annoying characters getting punched, especially the Lizzie Devine types.
Anyway most of these are things only found in generic cliche-ridden shows with no sense of realism and common sense. Most other shows don't have these problems.
You'll continue to see it, but it'll just be redressed as being "intersex" and "non-binary" for the sake of artists and showrunners having LGBT cover for their fetishes.
Likable female characters.
Outside of anime they're non-existent.
Reformed villain who must die for his sins instead of going to prison.
Hero acts like a villain
Villain acts like a hero
Masquerade from Blood Syndicate.
Villain/annoying shit character getting an equal comeuppance of being tortured, annoyed, severely irritated and mind broken like they did to the heroes for 90% of the movie/episode.
Death is too good for them.
I don't understand what I'm reading.
This annoying piece of shit from Dragon Age
