I liked old Nick at Night with "I love Lucy".
>not staying on to watch I love lucy, the munsters, the addams family, batman, gilligans island, The jeffersons, or all in the family.
Ya meathead!
All these anons talking about Disney princesses as their OG waifus. My waifus were Barbara gordan, Mary Ann, and Jeannie!
I kinda liked seeing the Mr Ed theme song every night.
I wonder how much Nick at Nite played a role in keeping shows like Family Matters, Full House, Fresh Prince etc in the public conscious. Most people in my age group (early-mid 20s) don't know Diff'rent Strokes but everyone knows the ones I just mentioned.
I don't remember any of those being on Nick at Nite.
Full House reruns are an essential part of my childhood and no one can take that from me.
>I don't remember any of those being on Nick at Nite.
Then you never watched it in its first decade.
>Forgetting the 3 stooges
>midnight on Nick
>Taxi
>midnight on Cartoon Network
>Space Ghost and anime
I guess not. I do remember a lot of them being on TV Land, in particular Gilligans Island.
>having nick in the 80s
you lucky dog
TV Land is where they go after Nick at Nite.
It was pretty great. Inspector Gadget, Loony Tunes, Maya the Bee...
I wish I had satellite or at least my cable provider had CN back in the 90's. At least I had the fonz.
watching old b&w toons in the wee hours of the morning was kino
Pleb
>Forgetting Taxi
>Forgetting F Troop
>Forgetting I dream of Genie
>Forgetting Bewitched anytime Uncle Arthur was on
No you're the pleb, Mr. Pleb
Meh. I used to watch it as a kid. Helped me sleep.
Plus the first time I saw All in the Family and that's one of the greatest television shows ever made.
You don’t have to yell
lol, my family didn't have cable until 2003
you missed out bro
I didn't forget them, I just wasn't gonna type em all.
I remember watching a lot of Bewitched, I dream of Jeannine, 3's Company, Mary Tyler Moore, Dick Van Dyke, Andy Griffith, Happy days (God did I watch a lot of happy days), Mork and Mindy, Get Smart, the list goes on.
I forget how much I watched the boob tube back in the 90's as kid before I discovered the horrific and wondrous joys of the internet through a Windows 98 and a dial up modem.
How long ago was that? Nick at Nite has been nothing but Friends and George Lopez for at least 15 years
Midnight CN lineup was always pretty damn based back then
>SGC2C
>O Canada
>Late Night Black & White
>Rocky & Bullwinkle + Dudley Do-Right
>Gumby Adventures
>The OG 5-hr long Toonami Midnight Run on Saturdays
All those shows, plus the black & blue bumpers they used during those hours were cozy af
90's into early 00's

I'm not sure why, but I got huge into Gilligan's Island when I was about 12. I used to stay up late whenever I didn't have school, so I got into the habit of watching it on Nick-at-Nite at like 1AM. I don't think Adult Swim was a thing yet, so there wasn't usually anything interesting on Cartoon Network either.
I don't hate George Lopez it's just boring
What's wrong, don't want to watch reruns of the Cosby Show?
>unsolved mysteries come on
>never go to sleep
One summer I would stay up every night to watch The Dick Van Dyke show and Newhart.
"...and he's still on the loose, somewhere in your area, and he's coming to rape you do death. Also you just read this in my voice"
That and George Lopez. The opening is burned into my mind whether I like it or not.
