It's not that much of a problem with her casting, the problem lies more with,
1) The writing, which is pretty bad in both her movie and Endgame
2) With incels who began to hate her because she's vocal about feminist issues and that emasculates them even more. If Chris Hemsworth came out saying "I think all women only belong in the kitchen" they'd be going all "omg BASED".

I see no problem with that. RDJ was already in his 40s when he started to play Stark. She's 12 years older than Brie and looks infinitely more attractive and Brie is already hitting the wall.
