For those who haven't red the comic, the red seal turning into a pot is a dress made by Tlaloc to help managed the red aspect of the mirror.

He used to have all of his item turn into a pot, for some reason.

I wouldn't call a complete personality shift within a few minute "growing up".

Corn always lived in fear of living in proximity to others, it later turns out that it seems he is not so much afraid of others, but rather afraid he will end up hurting them, because of his biting instinct and so he live a reclusive live, only agreeing to get in proximity of other when the need to be healed (with the one notable exception of Kitty who never triggered his attack reflexes and seems to be a calming presence to him).

Corn suddenly turning so confident of himself is definitely weird. which mean s he has either suddenly become able to fully control his attack reflexes, or, much more worrying, has stopped caring about being an hazard to those around him. Either ways, something is afoot.

You think it has something to do with Corn escaping the Mercy Bow trial?
Maybe the White Tezcatlipoca has already chosen him as the wielder, causing a personality shift.

My guess was that he accidentally shoot himself, but he barely hold it in the first place and we didn't see any bounding of him with the white one unlike what we saw with the red one.

It's weird nevertheless.

the prequel comics help make Calamity's more violent outburst more sense, as it explicitly show that her an Icky are adoptive sibling, making it clearer why she was so pissed off at Charles and Amaroq, after they couldn't heal Icky from the black ick.

It's "I do all my animation by myself" style. It's also kind of influenced by flash and its limitations.
