Otherwise, the film was mostly advertised as "the gorier movie Threshold couldn't deliver" and it succeeded in that part, at least.

They ruined JC in the movie. In the live action film, he was a flashy too cool for school type of character, in this he's just an emasculated buffoon with a dominatrix fetish. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised to find out he's a cuckold who gets off to Jax railing his white wife with his massive BBC. Literally 0/10 if your a JC fan.
