Well I guess that all depends on what we classify as "Superman level". I make the comparison because All Might's physical strength and demeanor essentially make him the "Superman" of his world, and he was canonically the strongest metahuman on the planet. In Vigilantes we see him smash an entire crumbling tower in a moment, and catch the main structure holding at least 10,000 people (if I'm remembering right) and that was after his crippling injury. Though if we're talking about Superman's more ridiculous feats like lifting the Earth then yes I'd agree All Might isn't on that level.

Currently Deku can use 20-25% of One For All without sustaining injury. He hasn't really been punching lately, because he's cautious of breaking his arms again thus rendering them permanently useless. He can however fire bursts of air from his fingers thanks to special gloves. But given the progress he's had I'd say he should be able to start punching again eventually.

There’s no considering Superman level. Either you’re as tough as the guy who can destroy a planet just by jumping or you’re not. Put Superman against All Might, All Might loses every time because he’s not on Supes’ level

my money is on miles.
spider sense, webs, invisibility and eletrokinesis make him a more versatile fighter.
however if deku hits him once he is dead but i doubt he can land the hit

Man Deku would be pretty OP if he gave Legion his quirk and convinced him to give it back.

Probably. The other personalities would have no control over the powers anymore, since OfA also transfers the personalities/memories of previous users, while also giving the user complete control over the transferred quirks (making it kind of like the avatar state in that previous users can give advice but not take over and act). And he’s shown he automatically puts up a mental gate to limit the quirks until he trains with them, so I don’t see him losing control.

spider sense would allow miles to dodge much more easily and reliably than bakugo.
miles also has better range and stealth so miles can use hit and run tactics and bakugo would have a very hard countering that
