I'm not finding a lot to support the idea that they're actual friends, just that Moore worked at Liefeld's company. Moore also worked at Lee's company-within-a-company and I'm pretty sure he doesn't like Lee anymore.

Y'all are silly. Almost all of my friends are extremely liberal, and I am far from that. Only people who care too much about politics genuinely hate people who disagree with them. Though maybe is joking, I dunno.

Here's the thing about Liefeld and Moore, they both genuinely really loves comics. People think Moore hates comics but mostly he just hates the people running the companies. And Liefeld catches a l8t of stick for being unoriginal and a chronic half-asser but he still keeps plugging along and doing something that he clearly lives doing.
