If My Life as a Teenage Robot wasn't cancelled, how would you have hoped it ended? Would it be deserving of a reboot?
The TV movie could have served as the series conclusion if tweaked a bit.

>Inb4 coomers who were told what to like because of a 2000s porn animator
Um, okay?
She turns human
> how would you have hoped it ended?
I wouldn't. It's not a show I think needs to "end."
This
I would end it with jenny dying saving the earth from some apocalyptic event and in the process finally being accepted by society and seen more than just that "robot-girl".
The epilogue would show a new xj robot looking up at a statue of Jenny and promising to make her proud as she flies off to stop some other threat as camera slowly ends up in the wakeman's basement where jenny's body is with the other xjs only for her eye to flicker or something. Then credits.
Why wasn't the show called my life as a Robot? Was she originally built as a Robot that looked like a child?
She is a robot
>a show needs an end at all cost
mongoloid
She was built with a mind like a teenager's.
Why can't we just accept the fact that this show was meant to be silly and plotless and thus has no need for an ending?
Not with the way Dr Locus was being built up.
He was a one-off joke, like everything else in the show. Even the Cluster itself quickly became a total parody of space empires.
Nothing in the show was ever taken seriously.
I'm satisfied with the series as it stands. I'm happy Jenny lived ran her course and phased away into the sands of time. Only the best cartoons are truly deserving of such a kind fate. We will never see her be defaced or butchered by her parent company in pursuit of a quick buck. She's good and buried, just as much as Tron Legacy, Megas Xlr, Mucha Lucha, or any of the other early 2000's hits are.
Also, the community is very much still active. So unlike sym bionic titan or secret saturdays, she's atleast been appreciated after her passing. May she rest eternal, peaceful and undisturbed.
Exactly. Not everything has to have a final plot twist and emotional climax.
Amen, brother
>rape
Sym Bionic Titan is still loved and appreciated. Just not a lot to say about because of the whole bullshit that happened to it.
The natural inevitable ending is being replaced in her sleep by XJ10. That's how it is with technology. In the time since the series ended, Wakeman has probably moved gradually up to at least XJ15.
If I was Jenny, I would always keep an eye on the door at to blast Nora. Fuck the basement.
Arent the other XJs still around? I honestly cant remember
Yes
Yeah but kept deactivated in a secret room inside the basement.
>ctrl-f melody
>zero results
You're all a bunch of goddamn philistines and I wish I could hate every single one of you to death.
Melody should've gotten some proper closure.
This. Apparently Rob Renzettit stated that in Season 4, we would have seen a conclusion to her.
well thats fucking cruel
>XJ6 still had two arms when she went into storage.
>XJ5 had arms, legs, a body and everything.
Indeed. They probably would have never seen activation again if it weren't for Jenny finding them.
Are you speculating?
It's like going to sleep for a really long time.
When your store old hardware, and you need a part for your current work, that's what you do.
