They have been skirting it since Civil War 2, which was a while back down.
They reflect on what she's actually accomplished and the mistakes she's made... but she is never actually reprimanded or faces consequences.
Unlike a typical favorite hero the stories aren't written in a way that makes he seem like she's in the right or has some unquestionable validity to her actions. But they never really do anything with that. They never pull the trigger, so it doesn't feel like it really has anything to say.
