Fuck off you know I meant cure stop acting like a bitch
Stop being a faggot, if you make a mispelling and get called out for it, own it up you bitch.
Also what is there to cure for them? They have ultimate godly powers, they aren't like that guy you can see their skeleton, or the disgusting vulture looking guy.

They have superpowers as their birthright, the government has a history of using force against those who have them so even though it will help the kid born with eyes all over his body it will eventually be forced on them too, bitterness that nobody is trying to cure Spider-man or Luke Cage, and identity politics from being told by society “you are a thing” then being told “we are making you no longer a thing, but you’re still all an underclass”.
Plus, mutants will keep being born since that shit comes from all of humanity, meaning you’re losing your ability to fly with static electricity or turn into a whale for absolutely no reason other than some hillbillies in Captain America and Hulk shirts yelling about how it makes them uncomfortable.
>Ah want mah curr sugah!
>cure
>Oh, I can fly and throw lightning and command all elements, I need a cure to be as useless as OP
It's a mystery.
Why do people hate mutants and not the other hundreds of people with superpowers?
It's an existential thing. Most mutants don't become supermodels with powers but are just disfigured time bombs. Most people would not gamble with their kids that way so it makes sense that any responsible parent would choose the cure so if they supported the cure or even the choice for a cure there would be no more mutants inside of a generation or two outside of a few being bred for combat, experimentation or apathy. They'd stop being a people and become an oddity.
OP you could have deleted the thread and tried again with proof reading this time.
Mutants get their powers in puberty, and people can be very destructive with just being human at that time.
Fear of gang culture.
Not wanting to deal with your kid having strange superpowers.
Anyone can have them, but society as a whole looks down on families that do anyway.
Few superheroes seem to speak out in favor of mutants. Cap believes they're equal, but doesn't exactly go on talk shows supporting them. Spider-man is their biggest non-mutant booster, but he’s controversial so its a mixed bag from him. Plus superheroes have secret identities or don’t lead social lives around civilians usually unless like Luke Cage they are already community leaders. Mutants usually don’t and few become accepted in civilian life before or after.
Mutants also are thought to be largely a recent thing by the public, so “back in my day we didn’t have this bullshit so I hate it” applies.
kek
Because X-men is a metaphor for being gay and there's no cure for being gay
And if some day there is a cure for being gay a significant percentage of gay people will probably refuse to take the cure to remain different and unique.
Because you don't see mutates or technos spouting special snowflake rhetoric while causing billions in property damage.
Even actual gods and demigods like Thor and Hercules get along with the average normal better than mutants do.
>Ja ja, ze curr!

They weren't really all that hated before 90s.
I wonder if people would be anti-cure in the Boysverse given how often the heroes seem to screw up.
Mangy currs don't deserve acceptance.
How come?
>Je n'ai pas besoin de curr, mon ami
The general public doesn't know, and if they do Vought buys their silence or they send a super to take care of business.
the real question, why mutants dont just rule the world??
its showed before in canon marvel that mutantas kings and emperors rules over might empires on earth past.
STORM herself was worshiped as a goddess in her tribe.
if mutants were real they would rule the world, one mutant alone like magneto could easy took down the entire human civilization.
Because not all mutants want that, there's PLENTY of other heroes that aren't mutants who won't allow that to happen and humans have tools to take care of mutants.
Because
1.theyre a stressed metaphor for minorities and weirdoes, having a general condiment on the team has odd implications even if in universe its nake sense.
2. 9 times out of 8, cures are an evil plot in some shape or form.
dere alwayz moar gatorz in da bayou
Lol they'd get stomped out in by real super heros or sentinels in fucking seconds if they even thought about ruling the world.
She dosn't like dog because they attacked her when she was a child
