Mutant supremacy with artificial resurrection isn't really compatible with Christianity as a whole though, is it? The latter is something that most resolute Christians, regardless of denomination, would find absolutely abhorrent.

the modern idea of Heaven being a paradise is a new testament idea. I don't see rebirth/reincarnation or anything having something fundamentally at odds with the core of Christianity. But it would have to change, so a new denomination makes sense

Lazarus. Hell, Jesus himself went to hell and back before ascending to Heaven. That a whole and coporeal reincarnation/ressurection is being promised outside of that should be something of a red flag to Kurt, if not outright blasphemous.

Plus the whole, "ex-mutants have to compete in bloodsports and get murdered before they're allowed to get their powers back," that he outright opposed. At this point, pretty much everything on Krakoa can be boiled down to "Xavier put the mindwhammy on them" because it's the only way the story works.

It looks like it just for a costume party, but hopefully it inspires a new costume for her.

I'd also accept that "Xavier" is a meat puppet being controlled by someone else. That too would make more sense.

Hopefully! I've loved her movie costumes so far, a corset and coat is just divine, but Wanda has been missing that Kirby flair that a headpiece would give her. She seems to play a central role in the next Doctor Strange movie, so maybe we'll see it there.

I'm not expecting it to anything clever, but "Haha, it was just me, Shadow King, all along!" would be pretty lame.

The only characters who could really pull that off would be Cassandra Nova or Shadow King. Either that or the evil Xavier from New Excalibur for a completely out of left field reveal.
