What happened?

I can't believe Penders got the covid

He did?

Why? FFs were harmless, however underdeveloped and commonly their spotlights were stolen by the game characters.

I would rather spit on the bad writers that mishandle characters with great concept and a lot of hidden potential. Namely, Penders and Ian.

what were your favorite arcs? I only discovered the sonic comics last week so I want to know what is actually good

It's best read if you start from the very beginning. You will inevitably feel uneasy and lost if you decide to start from any issue number in the middle.

Man, such a high level of fondness I surely possess towards the exact status quo set as OP's image demonstrate. I really like almost all designs set for everyone in the group: Antoine (it's Patch rather, I know, but still) with its massive scar, Sally possessing longer hair, and finally Rotor and Bunnie opting for a wardrobe change that fits them just wonderful and neat. My one, really minuscule "complaint" to it is I wish Rotor got its side visible bushes of fur, "sideburns" sooner than only much later. My love for theses designs can be explained by the fact they look now better as individuals who visibly have grown from their younger selfs, certainly matured, and seem to be very experienced and deep in their personal knowledge with precision.

It's frankly a bit hard to explain through words. All I can really express is that they just seem furthermore as the adults. After all, Archie Sonic did acknowledge that the characters have gotten older as the years went through.

A hearty F to them.

It's complex, by truth. I can lay down a list of many arcs and stories I have adored on my own, but the series themselves contain one, large lengthy line of continuity, meaning that it starts from the very beginning until the very end. Assuming you're within the conclusion of only reading theses who are good, you may sense some sense of being lost amidst many established things, and consolidate an agony of uneasy and uncomfortable for that you are missing a lot of details. This happened to myself, and I couldn't do anything else other then just creating courage to read from the very start, which I would personally determine that I didn't regret my decision at all, and rather had a very enjoying time with it, as inconsistent and variable its quality factor tends to fluctuate so rapidly.

I would recommend tails.kicks-ass.net for the best site. You need to register first, however, and there's an useful visual guide waiting for you in the Uploads section.

F. They were kinda cool.

Wait, Penders died?

Tons of folks beforehand that were kind enough to speak with me seems to point on the contrary. In any case, feel free to ignore me.

Kinda cool, totally radical or ultimately lame they may have end up, it's simply bitter that the FFs never got much of deserved spotlight and realized potential, let alone insights and established personalities. 25 years worth of issues, and no single character out of the FFs has even a built basic personality and a side-issue dedicated to them exclusively other then a Sally miniseries that ultimately misses the point of a miniseries.

One could argue that they may finally have their own deserved yearned spotlight to shine once they (under the basis they could, of course) return to IDW, but I highly doubt it.

Once sega boomers would die FFs would have their chance.

Perhaps? Perhaps not? To say the truth, I certainly lack any knowledge on the matter of copyrights, of licensing, of branches communicating with each other and how healthy/bad the relationships tend to be... and I heard writers and developers are free to pursue the FFs and other Archie characters into their products being licensed by SEGA, but that they cost too much money for pursuing the authorization or anything like so.

One thing for sure, is that SoJ historically is massively stubborn and inefficient to work alongside with, and transferring the total rights of the franchise to SoA may bring a inevitable benefiting step forward to the improvement in general, and it could mean FFs getting closer to their chance of coming back (and hopefully, handled by a better competent writer).

That said, Archie Sonic, as a whole, means quite to me, not just the characters themselves. More things has to be done than just bringing back the FFs in order to successfully appeal my inner fanatic self.

Based on his latest Twitter posts, he seems to be healthy and out of danger.

Why are asian fandoms so chill and creative.

S, S, S, S.

This user has the right idea but some things to definitely look forward to are the Sonic CD adaptation and Mecha Madness in the early books.

OP the Freedom Fighters have been "dead" for years.
You'll take your "what happened after Forces" new storyline and you'll like it.
