I'm not saying the voice is a turnoff, but an actual female voice would be an upgrade for her.

She's a good villain, she becomes way more important in later season when she basically become the leader of the Guild of Calamitous Intent. I heavily recommend watching Venture Bros, it's one of the best adult cartoons ever made, though I would advise trying to watch a later episode if the first season isn't to your liking, the show gets better every season so what is was isn't really representative of what it is.
