Some moron on Twitter claimed Lilo was bad representation because she's a sociopathic brat that beats up white girls.

I hate what the internet became.

Lilo is just an awkward kid going through some shit because her parents died. Nani is trying her best in a position she got shoved into and is failing at. It's a movie about a broken family trying to pick up the pieces after a traumatic event. It's a really simple story. It says volumes about Twitter that they have to bust out stupid shit like Lilo being autistic or putting race into it when that's really not part of the movie's message.
