Are we finally seeing the return of sexy designs on characters where it fits? I noticed Magik got her hotpants back (they gave her full pants immediately after Bendis left), Psylocke is back in her swimsuit, Emma's hanging out in various thot outfits and so on.
I do not want slutty designs on every character but some characters are just like that.

Is House, Power and the mainline X-Men by Hickman worth reading? I've enjoyed his work on East of West but I've never read any of his prior Marvel work, so I don't know if he writes superheroes well or not
HoX/PoX is a must read. If you like it, then continue with DoX and find your fav, it's pretty variable on what everyone's favorite is. Except Fallen Angels, avoid that.

Hickman run is getting a bit underwhelming after a strong start. IMHO Magik was more enjoyable in Uncanny X-men after the AvsX.
I honestly prefer Illyana's classic look. This new one looks too Final Fantasy for me. I especially hate the retarded buster sword.

Was there every any doubt that Hickman would have fun writing Illyana? One of the best things from his doomsday storyline was basically just an older version of her with even more powers.
