Aardman films are charming as fuck.
They were until they did shit like Early Man.
Strange Hill High was pretty good

Fox stole the aesthetics for the Robots film from this.
Even then, their bad films are just bland bad, not annoying af bad
no, its just the cartoon robot aesthetic unchanged since the 1900s
>its just the cartoon
absolutely based
I don't think I've ever seen anyone talk about Creature Comforts here. It's probably my favorite out of Aardman animations.
The behind the scenes stuff for CC is the best. The two old ladies who were made into bats are so adorable, and then with the other families you've usually got the hyperactive kids fucking around or saying something completely unrelated while they're trying to interview lol
>Lenny Henry animated musical biopic about the secret cat Elvis from the producers of the snowman
Nobody has seen this and I have never seen any discussion about it.
CUTE
1981 > 2015

Ain't it a Welsh show?
by being completely open and tolerant to everybody, including women in the main cast since 1990 and minorities in the main cast since the show began in 1987 BUT also by having the word 'man' in his name
I watched this so much as a kid. Rewatched it a few months ago on Youtube and it's still brilliant
Great Britain refers to the island containing england, scotland and wales.

We need to make way for Fireperson Samantha you bigots

Why are the British still stuck in the 1960s mindset that cartoons are just fluff for kids?
Creature Comforts is one of their best works, yes. I never saw the spin off they did by interviewing Americans though.
Would you rather it gets the Doctor Who treatment and there's gay black trannies everywhere in Postman Pat?
wallace & gromit was boring as fuck
Early Man isn't horrible, just unmemorable.
