It's just Joe Kubert. It's a pretty nice rendition of some specific bible stories, but it's not the full thing. It's Stories From The Bible, not The Bible.
Still definitely worth grabbing should you encounter it out in the wild. The version I have is nice and oversized.

your phone doesn't take a picture right side up like you think, it always takes it in one orientation then adds some exif data saying which way should be up. Exif data can hold a lot of awkward stuff like the exact time and date, who the device owner identifies themselves as, and even GPS data of when it was taken. So Yas Forums just scrubs that data and takes the orientation information with it.
