I like him. He's a reminder that evil doesn't have to be some giant monster or a powerhouse. Mister Mind is pretty self explanatory; he's cunning, and wants you to underestimate what he's capable of. Also I think Billy's dad here makes the perfect weapon against Shazam if he ever requires a more physical approach. He should remain Mr. Mind's puppet.
