not much for me to ask honestly, I love the game to death and i made some of the best friends I've ever had and ever will but its so hard trying to get through content solo

I got a 191 Elio, a Haven World all to myself. And haven't played for a couple years. Got two heroes a feca and an eni to 101 in a week. Is it possible to do content to get all 3 200?

They did a good job with the starting area in wakfu, lots of free up from the quest lines, you get class descriptions when choosing your class(do NOT pick rogue, you will have a bad time) builds vary between level sets and classes, so it depends on what you're running. Unfortunately I don't have a pastebin on me, as I'm on mobile at work. Lots of friendlies will help you through dungeons and will probably try recruiting you since the population is thinning out. You get 5 character slots so go ahead and experiment with different classes.

I would suggest reading the MFKZ comic rather then watching the movie. Which can be viewed on readcomics

Solo yeah, you can farm environmental quests but that's a big grind. At those 100 levels you should be able to carry your heroes with your elio, but later levels hunting crocs on moon would be a good course of action.

I wouldn't pick it as your first class, since they changed rogue pretty badly. Once you get used to the game try it later

Really really good, ranked only behind fecas in the endgame community. Can tank, damage, position, and has a great self heal and armor generation

Oh, also the forum on wakfus site has great guides explaining the classes in depth, since it's written by the people that play it. Some of them may be skewed due to one person's playstyle differing from another's. A good example is elio, they can be played any way possible. There's single target, area of effect, melee, distance, and zerk(50% hp or lower) any of these can be viable

In videogames, it's Waven.
In animation, it's Princesse Dragon, though it's getting the Mutafukaz treatment: animation by a japanese studio, everything else still handled by Ankama. There will also be a crowdfunding for Wakfu season 4. Last we heard of it, the medium will depend on how much money they get, could be a webcomic, an actual comic, a webseries or, if stars align and some miracle happens, an animated series like the previous seasons. The crowdfunding was planned for june, but the pandemic has most likely delayed it again.

They're working on Waven but right now the hype's deflated as it turns out it has all the tactical depth of a puddle and isn't an MMO but the xth variant of a deckbuilding game. Also all the production problems you've come to expect with lots of screpped stuff and wasted money. They're also pressed for time regarding Dofus, because it's still flash-based and Adobe will stop supporting Flash at the end of the year, so they have to find a solution to move Dofus beyond flash before 2021, something they've failed to do for the last couple years. Said solution seems to be Dofus Unity, but they aren't communicating about it because it's obvious development's not progressing fast and also because they likely won't allow characters to migrate from the existing game, resetting all progress, and that's something their player base don't want to hear. To top it off it sounds like one of the latest updates has been the source of numerous bugs with players losing millions or even billions of in-game money.

Animation-wise it's dead as usual. Maybe a wakfu s4 kickstarter someday but format is not known yet, blah blah. A community managed explained in february no network wants to fund or air it. Princess Dragon's production is ongoing, as mentioned. Animation handled elsewhere because Ankama Animation is dead and its corpse merged with Ellipsanime into Madlab. Likely to come out quietly and be a flop just like the Dofus and Mutafukaz movies.

Also Tot's super pissed right now because of all those leftists that dare cower in the face of a worldwide virus instead of dutifully working like the underpaid drones they should be, so mood-wise business as usual but it sounds like the lockdown may be pushing the company even further down the hole they've been digging for themselves.

Also Abraca came and went on france 3 and made exactly the impact you'd expect from the wet fart it was.

It's a shame that the dofus movie flopped, because it does look extremely good. they forced even more iop wank in there when any other race would have worked nicely. Huppermage was cute though

That's kinda the thing, though. It *looks* extremely good, but it isn't. Like, half the reason it was a bust is because Ankama's marketing was terrible and the distribution mostly nonexistent, but the other half is that although wonderfully drawn and animated it just isn't a very good movie, it's got big writing and pacing problems. It's the perfect movie to make webms of, cause that way you can see how the characters move well but not have to deal with the bad writing.

Do you know if Abraca will have any future projects? Since it's transmedia if they didn't already drop it dead at this point I was wondering if they would continue to make things such as a web series, comic books, and so on for it. Even if it doesn't have anything good to it's name as of now I've become way too invested in it at this point and want to see more out of it.

Yeah Ankama is pretty bad at shilling their stuff. These threads and talking with people in the game that liked the series are pretty much the only place you'll find good discussion. There are quite a bit of people doing fan art on Instagram, so maybe there is some hope out there.

Also, who here found the series from the zone animation? Shit that's probably the biggest favor ever done for Ankama.

Oh did it now? I wonder if anyone managed to capture the higher quality TV versions of the episodes. The videos on Okoo have some noticeable interlacing problems and I heard that the aired episodes also had subs included that were missing from a few of the Okoo ones.

Well even if the show is pretty poor I'd still like to have the option of watching a better quality version of it, it's a very good looking show despite it's heavy flaws.
