Could be a either a temp recast of Selina, or another woman taking the mantle in between Selina and Eartha's catwoman, whichever works for you. I actually prefer the later. Maybe Miss Kitka is actually her real identity and she was actually a Russian agent impersonating Catwoman as a cover.
The Season 1 and 2 Catwoman (and the one in the movie) was white.
The Eartha Kit one in season 3 was black.
Visual evidence would be in my favor
