I liked it in the animated setting more then the comic, but maybe thats because the animated material had more consistent tone.
Wonder woman being more physically powerful and being immune to batman's mopey bullshit was a good foil for him though.
He'd do well with someone who he didn't have to worry about, kinda reminds me of Peter Parker x Carol Danvers ship before they fucked her all the way up.
