Excalibur, with a more European-focused lineup than the current one that also tries to do "one character from each part of the UK" better than the fucking Union
A cosmic team to deal with cosmic threat. And best of all, not a single fucking human on it.
But who would be their Waller?Where's that Falcon from?
Edit I made of SWCA #1's cover, because SamCap is literally the only good costume he's ever had.
Rate my Suicide Squad bros
Could be worse. In having so many popular characters it kind of misses the point of the Suicide Squad, but I can't blame you for that when DC consistently does the same thing.
Loses points for nuHarley though
Galactus' new friends and cosmic problem solvers.
Here is the template
Dc - "Edgy" Multiversal Heroic Team
Titans?
Dead Heroes #1 (unfinished)
Zeus is X-ed out as he recently came back to life.

Nice.
Who's the second from left?

That's Borr, Odin's father/Thor's grandfather.
Triple-Threat Justice Leagues.

Do duos count as dream teams?
Justice League of Asia
who is the cute redhead?
Rachel Gray I imagine
Why Wolverine with Cap?
I wanted a guy who had been in the army. It had to be a marvel guy, because if you notice the obvious pattern with how marvel/dc goes in this.
And.
I.
Hate.
Barnes.
So it couldn't he him.
I hate Frank too.
Why not Ben Grimm? Okay, he was a Marine, but it's still military.
Oh, i recognize the face marks now, i thought they were just bangs.
Logan still is soldier-ish, take the orders, do the dirty work. Aunt Petunia's blue eyed Adonis has outgrown such stupidities.
Mighty Defenders, spiritual successor to the Ewing Mighty Avengers
Some chosen for costume design only. But, c'mon, wouldn't this be a fun team? :)
Contemplating a optimistic fun youthful multiversal Dc team.

Exiles
Crossing companies a bit. Imagine the personality clashes!
Pym extended family Avengers.
Needs Crystal
Bump
Replace Ronan with super skrull and phyla with new cosmic sentry and this team is invincible
Why the pattern though?
A fellow man of the highest culture. Good night to you kind sir
Great team but I dont like the "mighty " implication. Mighty avengers one was all about them looking for powerhouses that can work together. They ended up getting a fucking powerful crew. Ares, sentry, wonderman, carol, iron man.
Thanks user.
What is even the theme?
Space pirates
>that much arrogance on one team
sign me the FUCK up

Characters with contrasting world views. Jean- communitarian/pluralistic/egalitarian/postmodern; Hypernaut- scientific achievement/individualistic; Spidey- mythic order/code of conduct/rules-based; Ben- impulsive/power rule/egocentric; Promethea- magical/animistic; Stuff- instinctive/survivalistic; Constantine- integrative/holistic/flexflow (big picture-leader)
Same character value-types, Marvel heroes only (not chosen previously).
Same value-types again, inverted!
I like these threads OP, so I'll post some as I make them.
First up, the Ultimates. Going with a Quasi-Ewing Version, where they're protectors of the Universe and whatnot, but in a Metaphyical sense, dealing with Abstracts and the like, not just being universal-tier "fighters" (that'd be the Annihilators). I don't like crossovers that much (I like my stuff neat, tidy and in packages) so Marvel Only.
>Doctor Strange
>Sentry
>Silver Surfer
>Phoenix (Scott & Jean)
>Vision
>Scarlet Witch
A new version of Force Works. I always thought Iron Works sounded better though. Anyhow, I see it as Stark's personal "wetworks" type of team. Lots of high stakes espionage and sci-fi. I envision it as a sort of "time bubble" comic, existing in a neverending 2000s zeitgeist. That Post-9/11 Window of 24 and other gung-ho millitary fiction coupled with the Sci-Fi of that era.
>Iron Man
>Black Widow
>Fantomex
>Red Hulk
>Anti-Venom
>Sage
And here's a Doom-Centric team. It's more of a collection, Doom gathering people he can think will be useful in his myriad of plans. Were it a book, I think it'd be a sort of ensemble centered around Doom himself and operating on a story about briding the physical and metaphysical. Think Half-Life linked with more Occult and Gothic undertones. But with an Ultimate feel. Or a Nextwave one... You know what, I'm not sure... Anyway, my preferred title would be "Legion Of Doom", but copyrights wouldn't allow that, so I went with something else. I went with 9 because it's one of the Occult numbers (it's the same reason I went with 7 & 6 in the other two as well). You
>Doctor Doom
>Madelyne Pryor
>Magik
>Elsa Bloodstone
>Ares
>Nadia Pym
>Ultimate Captain Marvel
>Machine Man
>Ultimate Hulk
All in all, the whole book's theme would be Doom taking people on the edge under his wing, and slowly turning them into the worst versions of themselves. I want my Evil Doom back.
Marvel and dc heroes, each team having a leader. Every leader takes 2 from their own universe and 1 from the other one. Overall, the number of dc and marvel folk stays the same. Symmetry.
>scott and jean
>not scott with emma
minus one point
>recognizing that when making a team, Tony would definitely call Natasha
plus a million points

Fuck off Scemmafag, ScottxJean is muh ship.

Thanks though.
