I mean it heavily depends on which Booster and which Cable we're using, and if we're allowing Waverider for Booster. Cable especially flip flops hard over time in regards to how powerful his psychic abilities are.

if the best episode of the season ends up being the one with just two buff four armed dudes beating the shit out of each other until one dies then I'd be okay with it. No wacky powers, no laser beam clashes, no explosions, no super forms, no desperate measure hell-or-glory attack, no bullshit. Fuck I loved this episode, pure fun.

Real talk, I think suggestions that include characters like Dovahkiin and Shepard are fucking retarded. There is no canon skillset or personality for Dovahkiin because he's a fucking customizable character in an rpg where you can build and play your characters in a wide variety of ways. That's not to mention the complete lack of feats for most of these characters.

If you look up Tarzan's feats, there's a bunch of him fighting aliens, monsters, dinosaurs, and dodging machine gun fire. And a lot of other bullshit.

You are right on the first bit but a lack of feats? Nah. Best way to handle these characters just giving them feats for the main questline/path/story and always excluding sidequests and stuff.
So for instance with Dovahkiin, basically any feats from the main questline, all the way up to fighting and beating Alduin.
