Yeah, no.

So are the Americans feeling extreme pain from this?

So would this be the MMO equivalent of Dark souls, difficulty wise?
Reposting for science user So the oracle of delphi was famous in mythology and in real life for their power to divine things. The oracle of delphi was at the temple of apollo you see. Plutarch, along with some modern day evidence, has indicated that her divination may have stemmed from her being high as fuck due to gases being emmitted from faults at the temple of Apollo where the oracle's chambers lie. nationalgeographic.com/science/2001/08/greece-delphi-oracle-gas-vapors-science/
I've actually heard the Japanese have taken a liking to the constitution. It's just some right-wing autists and power-hungry politicians that want to fuck with it.
He's a fucking coomer so probably League, OW, or any korean mmo

>toonami shortened big time >cant get into the block past few weeks >SAO makes the night feel shorter because it rips all toonami magic away >MHA is in a SoL arc >marathon night next week >the movie stream will split the population not even alcohol is helping anymore.
I dropped SAO after the first 4 episodes and I really hate this show, but the previous episode with that absolutely absurd, melodramtic speech made me laugh, so I'm watching this.
So, from what I can gather, this is no long a game of life and death like in the first one, so can someone explain what's happening? And who the fuck is an NPC and who isn't?

really? you cant? really?

I beat you the evil blond guy is how the author pictured the American CHEATER. Jokes on him though, he's now the villain in his series.

There is, of course, also the alleged powers of psychics that claim they can solve cold cases and be helpful to the police. Sylvia Browne was quite active through the 90s, with her ‘I smoke 12 packs of cigarettes a day’ rasp. She had her own shows, ran the talk show circuits of jerry springer, montel, and the like, and crapped out book after book. She claimed she spoke to spirits just like her grandmother(apparently psychic powers skip generations. Who knew?), and much like John Edward, she made a career out of giving people false hope. Unlike Edward, however, who just did cold reading, she would often just make claims, including a few cases where she claimed kidnapping victims had been killed…or sold into sex slavery. For a moment, imagine going to this woman, at your wits end, because your precious little girl was missing. You’re about to lose hope…and then Browne tells you ‘oh honey, she’s in bangkok being pimped out’. Over, and over, her alleged powers were proven false, but she continued to make a KILLING on false hope and lies. Ironically, she had several divorces - you’d think a clairvoyant could foresee weddings ending badly, don’t you?
She also made a prediction right after H1N1 about a new virus emerging in 2020 that would be pneumonia-like. Amazing prediction, right after another major virus with pneumonia-like symptoms hit...
well fuck, I know about that oracle. I didn't realize you were talking about them. Socrates fucking hated that oracle.

No you have to understand, please! this show has stakes!
broadly speaking the right wing in japan supports the constitution while the left wing in japan opposes the constitution. the exception is the no military part where the left and right switch
Imagine installing this game making a account booting it up and spawning in a massive battlefield with no tutorial or introduction and immediately getting clapped by some woman

Here's an extra one while we're at it. I know some of you guys don't care for RATM, that's fine, not judging, but you remember that 10-year-old who plays rock drums like a little badass, Yoyoka? Well the other day she uploaded a video of her doing Killing In The Name with her mom on vocals and yo, you guys, this shit is fucking wholesome. youtube.com/watch?v=slPcweQ_Bg4 Audio quality is garbage, though, unfortunately. But seriously, you WISH your mom would rock the fuck out with you. Anyway.
I also wanted to give you guys Walking Away by Information Society. youtube.com/watch?v=eyoUQisz8Fw Because a good solid dose of 80s never hurts. ACTUAL 80s wackiness, not just synthwave. Information Society, like World Order, is one of the peak 80s bands, or rather, stereotypical 80s bands. Like, just look at all this damn neon. This is what I still had when I grew up in the 90s. It's adorable. Also, keytars girl is rocking that huge-shouldered suit jacket. Also the song's pretty catchy.
>playing from the US >on a server in Japan >through a fucking SATELLITE CONNECTION >in VR Those players should be fucking throwing up in their beds from the motion sickness, let alone actually being able to fight in any way.
I've never heard the Japanese right support any aspect of the constitution. The far-left doesn't like it either, but they never like bourgeois constitutions. I was talking about the moderate masses though.

Psychic healing obviously didn’t end with Peter Popoff. Even today, there is a man still going to talk shows, claiming he has a magic spirit who allows him to provide medical diagnoses despite him having absolutely no medical experience: Anthony William, the “Medical Medium”. Said clairvoyance includes diagnosing people with epstein-barr(a VERY minor cold-like virus that your body will never fully rid itself of, but after you get cold-like symptoms once, won’t be a bother again), telling people who work a lot they have back problems, and diagnosing middle-aged people with heart and joint problems. He has, of course, also released a shitton of books, and been caught FAILING HARD at his diagnoses. Today, he makes several hundred dollars an hour doing skype calls with people and running talk shows. youtube.com/watch?v=PSYsQtoht9U Here’s one of my favourite youtubers doing a far better job tearing this idiot apart than I ever could.
Not gonna lie, the fighter guys joining the "good" guys was unexpected. I figured they'd get orbital bombarded. It still doesn't redeem the episode, especially the japs cross-gaming. At least this is the last one...for a while yet. We hiatus now! We did it!

I missed a bunch of episodes and was drunk for all the others, but my understanding is that Kirito got stabbed and put into a coma by the villain of the previous arc (who was part of the player killer guild in the first season, and was killing players in a different game when Kirito stopped him). So someone put him in a "game" that was actually a research project to make military AI. He had actually been in the game before which is how they were allowed to put him in the game in the first place. There was along and retarded adventure and got into another coma... for some reason. Now there are American mercs trying to steal the AI. Something like that.
You're an adult you can't just leave the clean clothes in a basket. You have to fold them and put them in the dresser.

And finally, we end on Pomplamoose, because they too are performing while distancing, and bless them for it. Here they are with Still the One. youtube.com/watch?v=UXWk3lvUfjY Boy, I really love this song. And they're so great going the distance to put this together despite everything. And I always love the harmonies on this tune. It's so heartwarming.
youtube.com/watch?v=S5aMMRes2u4 Here's the original by Orleans if you've never heard it before, somehow. It's a great song, and it has an uplifting sorta sound that feels very fitting for this time of year, I think. I hope we're still the one for you folks, because we're still having fun. Stay safe out there everyone! This is Deep Space Radio, signing off!
